The June 7 California Primary Election is right around the corner. Every registered California voter will receive a mail-in ballot, as soon as the first week of May.

Here at California Environmental Voters, we are on a path to gain a climate majority in the State Legislature — that’s a 41-seat majority in the Assembly and 21-seat majority in the Senate. We call it the “Path to 62.” With 25% of the Legislature turning over due in part to new maps because of redistricting, this is an incredible opportunity to fill the halls of Sacramento with climate champions intent on passing bold policy to solve the climate crisis, advance climate justice, and transition to a clean energy economy.
