California Circular Economy & Plastic Pollution Reduction Act

Would have established a comprehensive plan to address plastic pollution by requiring that the state achieve a 75% reduction in single use plastic packaging and products through source reduction, recycling, and composting by 2032. Identical to AB 1080 (Gonzalez).
