Disclosure of Toxic Flavor and Fragrance Ingredients
Closes a loophole to no longer allow cosmetic manufacturers to hide toxic ingredients under the words “fragrance” or “flavor” on labels, even if they are linked to negative health impacts such as allergic reactions, reproductive harm, or increased risk of breast cancer.
