Smog Checks for Dirty Diesel Trucks
Directs the California Air Resources Board to develop and implement a comprehensive inspection and maintenance program for diesel trucks, which emit toxic air pollutants, similar to Smog Check requirements for passenger vehicles which has been in place since 1984.
