Greenhouse gases and toxic air contaminants reduction

Author: Assemblymember Cristina Garcia

This bill would have extended California’s cap-and-trade program beyond 2020 and would have aligned California’s climate and air quality programs by ensuring industrial polluters behind the curve on air quality did not profit from free emission allowances.
