AB 250:
Lower cost coastal accommodations
Author: Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher
All Californians should be able to enjoy its beautiful coasts and beaches. Unfortunately, too many Californians are unable to foot the high costs associated with such an excursion. This bill requires the California Coastal Conservancy to develop and implement the Lower Cost Coastal Accommodations Program intended to facilitate improvement of existing, and development of new, lower cost accommodations within one-and-a-half miles of the coast.
