California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2016

Continuing down the world-famous California climate solutions path blazed by AB 32, the 2006 Global Warming Solutions Act, SB 32 (Pavley) sets a new target of reducing GHG emissions to 40 percent below 1990 levels by 2030 and requires the state Air Resources Board to develop technologically feasible and cost-effective regulations to achieve the targeted reductions.
