Aligning Transportation Investments with Climate Goals

Despite the state's goals to drastically reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we continue to invest heavily in transportation projects that increase pollution and make Californians more dependent on cars. AB 2438 would have fixed this misalignment by creating more coordination between state agencies to make sure public spending goes towards projects that decrease carbon emissions and increase mobility options for all Californians.
