Full text of action

Assemblymember Jim Frazier submitted a letter from the Assembly Transportation Committee, which he chairs, to the California Air Resources Board on March 27, 2020 requesting that all proposed air quality regulations be halted until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A public health crisis is no time for the state to halt the development of life saving air quality protections and this letter was a clear attempt to put profit over people’s health.
